Attached you’ll find my business card and the quick review of price comparisons for homes similar to yours in the area.
Things to consider:
– Page 2-3: Notice that some homes are active and closed. The closed (sold) homes are where your true market value will be derived.
– To get the most accurate market value; adjustments will need to be made for the differences in the other properties compared to yours. (to include specifically the uniqueness of your property)
– Pages 5-8: This should show three properties as compared to yours on each page.
– Page 11: The recommended market price is a direct split between high and low. (This isn’t actual and may be adjusted to best suit your home’s features)
